Welcome to Old Honolulu. We take great pride in providing classic men’s island wear with a hint of vintage Hawaiian flair. Our heavyweight Tee shirts are produced by a company with decades of experience in the industry. We are committed to offer a product that is superior in both quality and price. Although heavy tee shirts are our core category component, we are steadily adding quality Aloha style products to our growing Hawaiian apparel line. Customer Service:
Our customer service department is available Monday thru Friday 9:00 am ­ 6:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. Our customer service staff will not accept phone or email orders ­ all orders must be placed online through our secure shopping cart. General Terms and Conditions:
  • Ordering Policy: We only accept orders placed online. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. Your security is important to us so we use secure server software (SSL) that encrypts your credit card and personal information.
  • Shipping Policy: We strive to ship all products within 24 hours. Order delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
  • Return Policy: Customer satisfaction is very important to us. You may return any unworn clothing or unused items in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Note: We only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Item(s) must not be washed or worn; all tags must be present, garment wrinkle free. Item(s) will be inspected before processing a return.

    Please include a detailed message with your shipment. Also, be sure to buy insurance because we will not be responsible for lost shipments. Upon receiving the returned items, it may take up to 2 weeks for us to issue an exchange.
  • Exchange Policy: Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Item(s) must be in the same condition as it was received, i.e. item(s) must not be worn or washed; all tags must be present, garment wrinkle free, etc. Item(s) will be inspected before processing an exchange.
    To exchange, return the items you want to exchange to the address above. Please include a detailed message with your shipment providing the details of the item(s) you would like in return.
